Microneedling
Collagen Induction Therapy
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that involves creating tiny, controlled, precise punctures in the skin using fine needles. These micro-injuries stimulate the skin's natural healing response, promoting collagen and elastin production and enhancing skin rejuvenation.During the regeneration cycle, the skin releases growth factors within the deeper layers, as a result, collagen and elastin production is accelerated, which helps to reduce signs of aging, minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, improve the appearance of acne scars, and rejuvenate the skin overall.
Microneedling also allows the active ingredients applied during the treatment to penetrate and absorb into the skin more efficiently to further enhance collagen and elastin production.

During the microneedling procedure, you may experience some mild discomfort or a sensation similar to light pinpricks. However, a topical numbing cream will be applied before the treatment to minimize any potential discomfort.
Following microneedling, you may experience some redness, mild swelling, and tenderness, similar to a mild sunburn. These side effects are temporary and typically subside within a few days. It is important to follow post-treatment instructions provided by your Facial specialist to ensure proper healing.
Microneedling is generally safe for all skin types; however, a consultation with a professional is recommended to assess your skin condition and determine if microneedling is the best treatment option for you. As all of our treatments, microneedling can be customized to suit different skin types and concerns.
The number of microneedling sessions required varies depending on individual skin conditions and goals. While multiple sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks are typically recommended for optimal results, changes can be seen just one week after treatment.
